Mr. Harwell coordinates the political and policy development work of the Airport Group.  He has ten years experience in all stages of airport concessions development: RFP planning and selection, capital investment, leasing and transitioning. He also leads the Airport Group’s initiatives focused on airport and highway privatization.

Ms. Bader specializes in policy development. Having joined the Airport Group in 2006, she advises airport decision makers on revenue-maximizing policies that take into account all airport stakeholders.

Mr. Tibrewal conducts analyses and manages the Airport Group's concessions
tracking system. He also spearheads the Airport Group's international work,
developing solutions for an increasingly global airport concessions market.
